Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in the Foundations to Scale Program. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Program Overview
Foundations to Scale is a Done-With-You business foundation program designed to help business owners build a clear, functional, and repeatable client-generation system inside Everything is a Win™.
This program focuses on building:
One aligned website
One signature client-generation funnel
One repeatable workshop, webinar, or signature talk
The goal is to help you establish a strong business foundation that supports steady clients and reliable income without overwhelm or constant rebuilding.
You own your project. Your Business Operations Specialist plans the project with you, sets up your first tasks in ClickUp, leads your sessions, and directs the implementation team. Keeping it moving is your responsibility: you add tasks, upload materials, answer questions within 48 business hours, review and approve work within 3 business days, and give approvals in ClickUp. Requests sent by email, text, or DM are not received until you add them to ClickUp. Time spent organizing, entering, or re-sorting requests on your behalf uses your implementation-team hours. The Company responds to ClickUp requests within 48 business hours. Progress is visible in ClickUp at any time; no separate progress reports are sent.
Program Structure & Duration
The Foundations to Scale Program runs up to six months from purchase. Sessions and implementation-team hours expire at six months without rollover, refund, or credit except as required by law; no automatic pauses or extensions
Includes 14 private, one-to-one guided sessions
Sessions are scheduled in coordination with your Business Operations Specialist
This version of the program is for clients already active inside Everything is a Win™
The 14 private sessions include 4 onboarding sessions and 10 additional sessions; software training is included within those 14 sessions.
This is a guided implementation program, not a self-paced course.
Scope of the Program
Foundations to Scale is intentionally focused and limited in scope to ensure successful completion.
The Program Includes:
One (1) aligned website inside Everything is a Win™
CRM integration, calendar setup, and core automations
One (1) complete funnel supporting a single signature workshop, webinar, or talk
Funnel pages, emails, and automation workflows related to that offer
Messaging alignment between your website, funnel, and offer
Guidance and training on promoting your signature offer using social media and LinkedIn
Instruction on repeatable client-generation behaviors
Measurement and refinement guidance to improve performance over time
Important Scope Boundaries:
Foundations to Scale includes one website and one funnel only
Your niche and signature offer are selected and held for the duration of the program
Additional funnels, offers, or parallel campaigns are not included
Expansion beyond this scope happens after Foundations, not during it
Implementation Team Support
The program includes up to 100 implementation-team hours
Implementation-team support is used to implement approved Foundations-level systems
Implementation-team work follows a hybrid approval model:
You may request tasks
All work must be approved and sequenced by the Provider to ensure alignment with the program scope
Implementation-team support does not replace your participation or decision-making
All included implementation hours and meetings must be used within six months from purchase and signing of the program agreement. Unused services expire without rollover, refund, or credit, except as required by law. No automatic pauses or extensions apply, including client delays. Additional purchases never reset the original deadline. ClickUp is the sole platform for requests, materials, feedback, and approvals; email, text, DMs, and meeting conversations do not authorize work until recorded and approved there. Extra approved implementation time is $150 per 10-hour block. Extra 45-minute Business Operations Specialist meetings are $97 each, subject to approval and availability; these do not add private coaching sessions. Approval is required before extra paid work begins. Additional purchases continue approved work only; unrelated projects require a new approved scope and applicable setup fee. At completion of approved scope or the six-month deadline, the project closes. Further work requires a new Provider-approved scope and applicable fees. Any exception must be approved by Provider in writing. These updates apply to new agreements only and do not amend previously executed customer contracts.
Your Participation Responsibilities
Your results depend on active participation. By enrolling, you agree to:
Attend and schedule your sessions
Progress through the Foundations to Scale process as directed
Make timely business decisions
Provide required assets (copy, images, access credentials)
Add your own tasks, materials, feedback, and approvals in ClickUp after your first tasks are set up
Answer questions within 48 business hours and review or approve work within 3 business days. Website design and layout includes three rounds of revisions; every other deliverable includes two rounds, using included hours
If you do not participate actively, the program cannot move forward.
What Foundations to Scale Is Not
Foundations to Scale does not include:
Multiple funnels or offers
Ongoing social media management
Paid ads or traffic buying
SEO services outside of Tech SEO on your website
Course creation
Therapy, clinical work, or personal development coaching outside of the Programmed for Prosperity™ Online Course
Managing your project for you, following up on your behalf, or acting on requests sent outside ClickUp
This program is about building your business foundation, not outsourcing decisions or managing your entire operation for you.
Investment & Payment Terms
Total Investment: $7,000 USD + active Everything is a Win™ subscription
Payment options are available at checkout
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access while payment obligations remain due.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized, Done-With-You nature of Foundations to Scale and immediate access to proprietary systems and resources, all sales are final.
No refunds are provided once the program begins, regardless of participation level, scheduling conflicts, or change of circumstances.
Results Disclaimer
Foundations to Scale provides education, business strategy guidance, implementation support, and resources.
We do not guarantee specific income levels, client volume, or business outcomes. Results depend on your participation, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, templates, workflows, and systems are the intellectual property of Everything Is A Win™ .
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute program materials without written permission.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
